The study finds a strong business case for investing in training. The women in this study reported that the training was valuable and that they are more confident and are seeking and getting more leadership opportunities. For example, one of the women in the study was appointed as the Managing Director of a new bank subsidiary, breaking ‘the glass ceiling’. When companies invest in people, especially women, it pays by creating a pipeline of future women leaders and trailblazers who serve as role models for other women.
