 represent a significant pool of long-term capital to support investment in

 frica\, SWFs have evolved from stabilisation funds to become strategic inv
 estors capable of supporting national development priorities while generat
 ing sustainable financial returns. UNCTAD analysis highlights persistent i
 nvestment gaps in sectors essential to achieving the Sustainable Developme
 nt Goals (SDGs). Infrastructure investment needs across the continent rema

 ies for large institutional investors. African SWFs are well-positioned t
